XF 2.1 copy my large forum to xamp

Happy NY all!
I d like to copy my large forum to xamp. I dont need styles i just want the topics and categories with the content.
Whats the best way to fix this?

The reason i just need the text and topics is that i want to use xenu local to check for links that arent working anymore.

Download SQL data from Cpanel and you can use (Sypex Dumper) to restor it.

note: use Sypex Dumper through the Microsoft Edge.
