Cloudfare / Outlook issue

I'm hoping someone can offer some advice on this question as it's something I can't resolve....

I've put my main forum behind Cloudfare (Pro) due to an ongoing issue with unwanted traffic, this has worked successfully.

However, although emails from that domain can be received and sent from the forum to my phone which uses BlueMail, I cannot receive any to my desktop which uses Outlook 2016

I've tried to follow the advice offered by Cloudfare's community but whilst the emails are being sent and received by my phone's mail client, so I assume they are working okay, something isn't working as it was within Outlook.

The error being reported by Outlook is:
1732440293699.webp

The settings within Cloudfare are:

1732440323318.webp

Any advice would be appreciated

The error shown (8004210A) is that of an configuration error in your Outlook mail profile settings. You'll want to start with checking that all the settings are correct to match the mail host requirements. (SSL, Port, Authentication, etc.) -- What you've shown isn't enough to tell you any more than what that error means. Go check your mail host's instructions for configuring a POP client (Outlook) with their mail system and that should resolve the issue.

Many thanks @ENF , that was the issue.....

The previous settings within Outlook for the incoming and outgoing mail server didn't require 'mail. ' as a prefix, they worked with just the domain name. Adding mail. to the domain dame in the settings fixed it.
