Changing the copy on the forums

I use my forum primarily as a classifieds. I want to replace create thread to post an ad. Is it possible to change a lot of the titles names? I know that in IPS in the language section of ACP you can change it. Thanks for your help.

All the prefixe options are built into XenForo by default.
