Fixed Can't remove specified user from personal album view permissions

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an album and, set view permissions to Specified users and add one user
2. Save the album
3. Edit the album again, remove the specified user and set vie permissions to Everyone
4. Save the album

Expected result
When editing the album again, no user is listed unter specified users

Expected result
The user is still being displayed

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XFMG release (2.1.9).

Change log:

When changing a privately shared album to a public album, ensure the list of users that can view / add media is cleared.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
