Can't hard delete threads + Error message when I view..

I tried to delete fully three thread earlier and no matter what settings I selected, they still remained as a soft delete.

Also, after i re-entered the threads, for each of them, this message showed...

Is that a sign of an error with the install? Or perhaps a problem with an add-on?

There is an addon named in the error (******/MoreThread). Try disabling that addon in your Admin CP.
