XF 2.0 Cannot add user titles to user title ladder.

While trying to fix a problem with custom user titles and banners, I seem to have broken the admin console interface to the user title ladder. What I did was check the "select all" box next to Update User Titles. And then clicked the Update User Titles button. Immediately the entire ladder disappeared (as expected). Now when I type a new (or old) user title in there and try to manually rebuild the ladder, the new entry just disappears when I click Save or Update User Titles.

Luckily so far all of my users titles have stubbornly refused to change, which is what started this whole thing to begin with.

Got it working again by adding a record into xf_user_title_ladder table in myphpadmin.

Is there a cache rebuild that I can execute to force the user titles to change? Rebuilding Users didn't do it.
