XF 2.0 Can not you find a topic? how can you delete it

How can you delete it because it is always displayed that annoys.

Oh yes it is on the home side of the right side as 1 I have already looked over all but found nothing.

Pretty sure that's not an XF core feature. You're probably using a UI.X style. Look for "[UI.X]Post new thread block" in your widgets, or whatever else you might have named it, and either delete it or just untick all the display positions.
