XF 2.2 Can I tell how many conversations a user has had?

I suspect a user of spamming by conversation.

He has three ordinary messages.

I don't want to read his conversation but if I can see that he has 10 conversations, then that is a strong indicator that he is not using the forum for the purposes for which it is intended.

Can I tell the number of conversations he has?

It comes up rarely, so I don't want the hassle of installing an add-on to do this.
