Calculations in Custom Thread Fields

Hi,

We're holding out for a 'Forms' system that we can discuss with the creator but I've been playing with the settings on XF2 and noticed the custom fields for threads. Is it possible (Possibly standard..?) or through addon to allow us to calculate fields?

I.e.
Custom Field: Quantity
Custom Field: Unit Price
Addon field: Quantity x Unit Price = Total

Another example we're aiming for:
Custom Field: Type of product (dropdown)
Custom field: Completion Date: Depends on type of product
Carrier = +10 days from todays date, so completion date would be 21st.

This is the biggest thing to my forum, as it reduces work by 200% and we have it working on Zetaboards. So we'd need to achieve it on XF. Any suggestions/ideas whether this can be done?

Calculations or "dependable dropdowns" are not possible (in the core).
And I don't know of any addon which can do those things, though there is one paid addon which might add the dependable in the future.
What you ask is custom work. Either wait for a developer to release an addon/feature (maybe request it), or you need to hire a developer to create it for you.
