No, but the link that was provided is specific to S3/R2.
You can use CloudFlare (digitalpoint has an add-on) and use that for caching images, but I do not know how much it would cost.
BunnyCDN while cheap is not really the best choice for CDN as it is generally fairly slow at times, so I do not know if you actually get much benefit from it compared to trying a S3/R2 solution.
