Bold characters BBCode problem

I don't know why but the guest and new members without introduction have a problem with the Bold characters BBCode

Guest visitors are viewing all the forum in Bold characters

I create a guest forum and when you are creating a post, the bold character is not working but all the other one works fine.

When you look at the home page, few sections a not blold and the majority of the sections are bold

As for the guest forum, the bold characters BBCode button is not working

Have you any idea what could cause that problem

Does the same thing happen on a unmodified default style with all addons disabled?

I suspect it is due to the notice and an unenclosed tag, i.e. a missing </b>.

(I have moved the thread from bugs to troubleshooting.)

It was in the notice i started with <b> instead or <br> shame on me
