In XF 1.5.x we had the options to provide adequate watermarking options, specifically positioning.
Now, by default, the watermark is bottom right hand corner with no obvious options on how to rearrange the position of it.
If you know anything about image lifting, stealing and amending, then you will know this is far from ideal. Even more so if you have sensitive content.
Anyone with an ounce of brain cells can currently; download a sensitive image, crop the very basic - right hand corner watermark out of it, amend the EXIF (so easy) and then proceed to use that image for say, for example, to be used in catfishing or some other means which you may/may not have experienced so far in life.
In my honest opinion, we need to have the ability to adjust and amend watermarking for photos, now more than ever, in a digital climate where faking things, catfishing and fake news is more important than ever.
@Chris D & team, please do take this consideration on board, as a small watermark in a corner of a photo can be so easily cropped.
