XF 2.1 Best way to force users update email

Hi what is the best why to force users to update old email that the emails that the system cant reach?

In the User state have an option to choose Email Invalid bounced, but wen i go to create a notice to this type of user i dont see any criteria to choose Email Invalid bounced, so this way i can create a custom notice to all users have this kind of email old.

What is the best approach to this?

from my understanding, you do not need to put on any notice. users who are marked as email invalid bounced would be treated as guests till they fix their email id.

Yes the users with email invalid bounced shows a notification, but this notification is to small, i cant edit to insert html or bb to put an image only can add text.

I need a big warning!

We have it setup like that with a direct link to the page to fix up their email address.
