Can you set it so users can upload a bigger sized image? I think it is set to max 50mb by default?

Ah. How do I change this for all users please? And 1000 in there would be a KB right?
1024 is a KB.
As all users should have the Registered group as their primary user group, just increase the value for that. Other user groups can be set to 0 as the highest value takes precedence (unless you want to give a user group such as a premium one larger avatars, in which case set their values higher to the Registered one).
