Lack of interest Avatar Editor

It would be good if users could make simple avatar images edits, such as changing size and position, cropping, etc.

I don't know if there is any add-on for that. I searched but found nothing.

I might be wrong, but I think this would be a feature that almost nobody would use so might be better as an Add-on.

XFMG has such a feature for media - it was exactly used zero times on one of our forums (that has many images in XFMG) in July.
