Auto [IMG] Attachments

Hey Guys,
How would I setup a script that places image attachments to each post automatically into a IMG tag?

This is the action:

XenForo_ControllerPublic_Thread::actionAddReply

You can extend this action with an addon.

This discussion may be helpful. It talks about how to obtain the id of the last inserted record which should be useful in extending the above action in order to make changes to the last inserted post record:
