I like this idea but wish it was configurable to delete at some specified time after the "Reject with Reason". I know that makes the coding more complicated.

We're currently interacting with some rejected applicants and, if they provide correct info, we'll set their state to awaiting approval and then approve them since they are still in the DB. This keeps them from having to re-apply.

I guess I could use this and turn it off most of the time but use it to prune rejected applicants by turning it on for 10 minutes.
