Hello,
The problem has been bothering me for quite a long time. Attached images are deleted without my knowledge. The logs are also empty. It's as if they never existed, but there are traces of the attached image number in the messages. I see this problem most often in XFRM. There have been no confirmed cases of such problems? Perhaps a plugin is to blame or a problem at host level. The images are not deleted everywhere, but only in certain materials.
Is there any way to check this?
