XF 2.2 Ask google to re-index all URLs of my forum since some updates applied

Recently I changed some parts on my <title> tag of all pages of my forum.
What I have to do to ask Google to re-index all my URLs?

Could be a good practice to modify sitemap and apply NOW time to <lastmod> xml field?

I would recommend that you just let google notice it by themselves, it usually only takes a couple 3-4 days for the results to be updated in my experience with 2 different sites I run

Trying to "game" the indexing like that has sometimes placed sites on the "grey list". So I would not say it is worth the risk, but of course this is just my opinion

If you have a Google Search Console account active, just submit a new sitemap link there.

If you haven't yet set up a GSC account, go and do that now.

No I don't mean just submitting regular sitemaps. I mean going into your GSC account and adding the link there:

Either https://yoursite.com/sitemap.xml or https://yoursite.com/sitemap.php will work although I usually use the former.

That can sometimes (not always) kickstart a recrawl of your site if there have been significant changes.
