It would be neat if each content type/item could be displayed in its own tab on the Approval Queue, with 'All' being the default.
Similar to What's new:
Then, developers could add their specific items for approval to the tab it's assigned to. However, if they don't modify it for that, it would still show up in the default view ("All"), except "All" would show everything and not be limited to 100ish items that need to be worked through to see the other actions exceeding 100 that also need to be taken care of.
This way, moderation could be broken down by priority.
Some forums may experience 100+ spam sign-ups per day, and under the default view, you need to work through those to get to the Threads/Post replies, as not All are visible (I think) until you work through the queue. By tabbing them out, moderators could work through the Threads and Post replies first so that content becomes available immediately, then work on the new Members queue (spam signups, etc.), and then other add on content types/items.
