Hey, just sitting down to look at this now.
I've a couple questions on how you expect it to work. I think youre asking for per-user goals (each user gets their own "Post" goal for example).

• Should this be a global option, e.g. in the Admin Panel you simply check "Per-user" and ALL goal types become per-user?
• Or alternatively, should they be the standard way by default, and in each goals' options you choose for it to be per-user?
• Should the streaks page just show users individual goal progress?
• Or alternatively, should the streaks page be disabled if only per-user goals exist?

I would like to set goals for each user group. New members shouldn't post solutions, but once they have posted over 1000 messages, I would like to set them a goal to post solutions, etc.

Perhaps the user streak could be at the top of the page, with the community streak below it, and so on.
