• Fixed global ad positions not rendering (only 2 of 6 positions had template injections)
• Added missing template modifications for below_content, sidebar, below_thread_list in PAGE_CONTAINER and forum_view
• Extended PAGE_CONTAINER modification to also handle below_navigation position
• Template modifications increased from 10 to 13, all 6 global positions now fully covered
