Lack of interest Allow pre populating the Contact form subject field

Being able to do this and have the form appear pre populated to the visitor would be very helpful:

Code: 
{xen:link 'misc/contact', '', 'subject=asdf'}

Pre populating the message itself would also be a nice bonus ('message=something%20something%20etc')
