Allow admins to post questions in the Customer Forum.

I'm an admin on an Xenforo powered forum but I'm not the licence holder.
Because only licence holder are allowed to ask questions in the Customer Forums I cannot seek help in solving a problem.
This seems like a sub-optimal approach for folks who are admins but not the licence holder.

The owner can add your user name as a member who has access to the forums under their license account page.
