Navigate to the install/upgrade page and the bg color is #7d0f8a



But this doesn't happen on XF 2.3.6

Nothing major but was weird.

The install CSS was accidentally rebuilt with an adminColorHueShift set, this has been sorted for the next release.

Nooo, this installation shall be purple color! It really looks beautiful! Can we keep this?

Purple at installation should be honored as a royal color, fit for a king or queen.

If the staff restored it, I shall create an add-on to bring back the purple color during installation.
