Add-ons page show updates available if any add-on has a newer version

I may have missed a message or who knows why but there could be a newer version of an add-on that I have installed on my site. If you have quite a few add-ons managing them can be difficult. It would be nice if add-ons had a system setup that called out to check for newer versions so when displayed on the add-ons page in XF you could be notified if an add-on has a newer version available. It could be a simple bool response sending a REST API to the add-on's designated URL with a version number of the current version included. Click a link on the add-ons page to go to the URL to find the update.

Xenforo should allow addon developers to specify version check URL and automatically check for updates .. 16 years ago vbulletin 3.6 had this feature and it still doesn't exist on Xenforo 2.2
