XF 2.1 Accessibility styles for poor eyesight users

I just had someone on my board say their eyesight is poor and that the grey text makes it harder to read in the default style. I presume that is something to do with contrast being lower. They just had a cataract operation.

Are there any settings or themes for people with poor eyesight?
