Clicking the button sends the request, but the form isn't replaced with the media embed, which makes it seem like the button is broken to a user unless they refresh the page.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.0 Beta 6).

Change log:

Port the XF.CookieConsentForm handler from XF 2.2.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.

Anybody who hasn't accepted cookies, if that setting is enabled, It is an EU requirement.
