It's cosmetic, since they are stripped out once you submit the post, but say you copy CSS lines from Chrome's dev tools/element inspector (for example the body CSS selector for this page), the rich text editor inserts input fields into the editor.  You can type in them or anything else with a normal input field...

Maybe Redactor has an option to not include certain HTML entities?  {shrug}
