Simple ALL working FINE

If I use (ADVANCED BETA) this one is comes back systematically whether one chooses to accept or not.
Very strange



Is there a solution, for before upgrading Xenforo 2.2 to 2.3.4 this one have working fine (before .. )

The problem EXIST only when the Website is offline (Admin Panel, FORUM is CLOSED)
If the forum is oppened, no problems
If Close with the Beta Version, it's remain, remains ... etc ....with the cookies (not a real cookies made in LU LOL )

Allow saving cookie preferences when board is inactive
