Fixed IP of the user who requests username change is not recorded

Unless the user has permission to approve username changes or change username without approval.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.2).

Change log:

When a username change request requires moderator approval, log the IP the request was received from.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
