Fixed MemberStat results cache behavior

Hello!

I found that MemberStat doesn't cache previous result and get new query to DB on call the getResults method.
This thing you can see on the notable members page (/members/):

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.1.8).

Only fetch member stat results once on the overview page
