Hi guy, My Forum has many members insert link. How to disable Links in the post? Thanks

I just noticed this today at the bottom of the page: Looking at the inspector, I see this: <span class="PreviewContents">Loading...</span> I looked for errors by nothing is showing. Anyone knows what this is about and how to correct this? It's showing everywhere except the index page, so...
