[XFSkins] AI Auto Tag​

Automatically tag new XenForo threads and Resource Manager resources with AI-powered content analysis.

Instead of relying entirely on manually entered tags, AI Auto Tag reviews the thread title, first post, resource title, tagline, and description, then generates clean and relevant tag suggestions through your selected AI provider. Existing user-entered tags are preserved, and only missing tags are added.

Resource Manager Support​

For forums using XenForo Resource Manager, the add-on can tag two different surfaces:

• The resource item itself
• The automatically created discussion thread for that resource

This keeps both resource pages and their related support discussions cleaner, easier to search, and easier to discover.

Configuration​

1. Upload the contents of the upload folder to your XenForo root directory.
2. Install or upgrade the add-on from the Admin Control Panel.
3. Go to Options -> AI Auto Tag.
4. Choose your AI provider and enter the API key.
5. Use Forums to auto tag to select which forums should be processed.
6. Use Resource categories to auto tag to select which Resource Manager categories should be processed.
