[XB] XFRM Resource Grid 1.0.2

Adds a resource grid view with configurable cards to XenForo Resource Manager.

Display resources as visual cards on the resource overview and category pages. Visitors can switch between grid and standard list views, while administrators choose the default display mode and card style.

• Resource Grid View: Browse resource overview and category listings in a card-based layout that adapts to screen size.
• Grid / List Toggle: Switch between grid and standard list views, with the selected mode remembered during the browsing session.
• Default Display Mode: Choose grid or list as the default resource listing view.
• Classic & Showcase Cards: Choose between two card styles and customize their appearance through style properties.
• Configurable Card Details: Show or hide ratings, taglines, authors, categories, versions, download counts, and creation or update dates separately for each card style.
• Attachment Covers: Optionally use the first resource-description attachment with a thumbnail as the card cover.
• Resource Banner Support: Display cover images from [XB] XFRM Resource Banner when available, with banner images taking priority over attachment covers.
