Fixed XF 2.2 compatibility issues

Fixed large poster size option being ignored when creating TV thread
Prevent errors from invalid TMDb image responses during rebuild jobs
Fixed poster size in search results
Trigger new persons fetching job after completing TV credits rebuild
Fixed Undefined array key "rebuildRecommended" error when rebuilding TV shows
Avoid fetching person images with empty URLs

• Added option to automatically fetch full persons information when adding new movies

• Added anchor links for TV show tabs for better navigation
