[XB] Filter Search Diacritics 1.0.0

Adds support for searching with diacritics in XenForo filters.

This add-on improves filter-based searches by allowing matches regardless of diacritical marks, making search results more consistent across different languages and input variations.

Useful for:​

• Multilingual Communities: Ensure accurate filtering across different alphabets and accents.
• Admin & Moderator Filters: Find users, content, or records regardless of typing variations.
• ACP Lists & Logs: Improve search reliability in admin-facing filters.
• International User Bases: Reduce missed results caused by accent differences.

️ Examples​

The filter will match results regardless of whether diacritics are used.

• Searching for Jose will match:
  • José
  • Jòse
  • Jöse
• Searching for Andre will match:
  • André
  • Andrée
• Searching for Cafe will match:
  • Café
  • Cafè
