Fixed metadata display under attachments if lightbox or attribute display is disabled
Reduced DB query batch size when upgrading from versions lower than 2.0.1

• Retrieve exif data on attachment upload instead of the stage of associating attachments with content for better compatibility with 3rd party add-ons
• Added displaying image metadata under attachment thumbnails (can be disabled in options)

Fix: avoid potential errors if attachment file is missing when using rebuild tool
