[XB] Attachment Download Timer 2.0.2 Patch Level 1

Add a secure attachment download countdown page to XenForo.

The add-on redirects supported attachment downloads to a configurable waiting page before releasing the file. The countdown is validated on the server, supports XenForo Resource Manager files, and can be bypassed for selected users or content areas through permissions.
