Talmyric Conversation Scam Notice 2.3.16

Add an extra reminder to exercise caution when receiving private conversations from selected usergroups.

Designed for XenForo 2.3+, Talmyric Conversation Scam Notice displays a customizable warning to conversation recipients and provides an Admin CP log of warning views.

• Recipient-only warnings: Displays the notice to recipients, never to the conversation starter.
• Usergroup targeting: Select one or more groups using their group IDs. Checks both primary and secondary memberships.
• Optional exclusive membership: Require the starter to belong only to the selected groups.
• Editable warning message: Supports administrator-provided HTML and the {username} and {user_id} placeholders.
• Automatic placement: Adds the notice through a template modification without manual template edits.
• Optional logging: Records the conversation, starter, recipient, timestamp, and IP address.
• Permanent deduplication: Logs each conversation and recipient pair once, even after its visible log is deleted or pruned.
• Organized ACP log cards: Includes conversation and user links, timestamps, and individual delete buttons, with pagination and a responsive layout.
• CSV download: Exports all visible logs with UTC timestamps.
• Prune with confirmation: Shows a warning popup and deletion count before removing visible logs. Entries recorded after the popup opens are preserved.
• Restricted log access: Viewing, downloading, deleting, and pruning logs are limited to super administrators.
