Overview​

Blatchy Power Rankings lets your community submit their own team power rankings using an intuitive drag-and-drop ballot system. Individual ballots are aggregated into a single community ranking using a points-based formula, and movement arrows show how opinions are shifting over time.

Supports NFL, NBA, and NHL — each as a separate season with its own ballot and rankings.

How It Works​

1. Admin creates a season and selects the league (NFL, NBA, or NHL)
2. Members submit their ballots — teams are placed into tiers and ordered within each tier
3. The first ballot submission automatically establishes the baseline snapshot
4. As more members vote, the community rankings update in real time
5. Movement arrows show how each team has shifted from the original baseline

FEATURES

• Drag-and-drop ballot — members rank teams by dragging them into 5 tiers (Elite, Contenders, Solid, Fringe, Rebuilding) and reordering within each tier
• Community aggregate — rankings calculated from all ballots using a weighted points system (rank 1 = 32 pts, rank 32 = 1 pt)
• Movement tracking — ▲▼ arrows show how each team has moved since the baseline snapshot
• ESPN integration — team logos and current W/L records pulled automatically
