• Fixed update comment quick reply handling for the latest comment date
• Fixed approval queue resource titles being rendered without HTML escaping
• Fixed latest comments finder querying a non-existent create_date column
• Fixed API POST /resource-update-comments not linking uploaded attachments to the new comment (wrong attachment_key handling)
• Fixed error when the newly posted comment shares the same timestamp as the client's last known comment date
