Description:
Adds a registration step to require the user to upload the required files
How it works?
After registration, the user will be directed to a page with the requirement to upload required files.
Until the user submits the files, other pages will not be available to him.
Once files are submitted, the user will be moved to approval queue where moderators/admins can see attached files.
You can specify your file requirements as you wish by translating the phrases.
