I updated the admin screen so that you only see completed orders that have already created the special offer thread, before it showed the order when the thread has not been created yet, let me know if you prefer that feature but I think it's better without it.

Addressed bugs, added new feature where you will not be a allowed to pay for a bump if your thread is already on the first page, so your users won't waste money on threads that are already on the first page.

I updated a lot of features including the purchasable logic required for making purchases and also added some new templates to the admin panel so you can manage the special offers.
