This add on will log all guests visits at your forum from the moment that it's installed and it will display them at its log page that can be found inside the Logs section of your admin panel. That will give you the opportunity to have an idea as to what content holds the interest of your guests. Logs can be searched based on guests visit time frame. An option to exclude ip addresses as well as spider bots from having their visits to your forum logged is available.

Front end display:

The guests visits log is also available on the front page for users with the appropriate permissions, which can be found at the Group permissions set->Guests visits log.

Search:

Guests visits log can be searched based on their ip addresses and visits time frame.

Automatic log pruning:

The add on adds a cron task that will prune logs older than a certain amount of days which can be set at the add son's settings.

Thread view limit:

Another feature of this add on is the use cookies to limit the number of times that your guests can view threads at your forum. The limit will be for a day, after which it will expire and it will be repeated again after the number of thread views limit has been reached again. The whole idea behind this concept is to hopefully motivate guests to register. The search bots will not be impacted by this when it comes to spidering your site, because usually bots do not generally use cookies. However, this is an on/off option.
