- This add-on will ad a Frequently asked questions platform to provide quick answers to common questions that your forum or business can anticipate. It funnels visitors and users to where they need to go, and greatly enhances the overall website usability imo.
- When you use FAQ structured data, you may help users discover information in a rich result by categorizing items effectively according to topics.
- Adding unlimited categories.
- You can select the category display order.
- You can set a pagination for the display of the categories in the Faq index page.
- Admin can add and manage the faq categories and items from the admin panel and the front faq index page.
- Adding of Faq items can be extended to other groups, such as staff members.
- Users that will be allowed to add faq items can edit/delete their added items only.
- Users can report the faq items.
- When adding a faq item you must select the Category that you want that item to belong to.
- You can make use of the rich editor when adding a faq item.
- You can upload attachments when adding a faq item.
- Select the display order of the faq item within the Category.
- Attachment uploading is supported for when adding or editing faq items.
- Faq items can be searched and the results filtered based on the items titles/questions and messages/answers.
- Viewing faq items.
- After installing the add-on you can select the group or groups that you want to view the Faq page, at the Group permissions.
- You can select the group or groups that you want to view the Faq page from the Group permissions.
- Most recent faq items can be displayed on the sidebar by way of a widget.
- Whenever someone posts a new faq item it will also be displayed to the Latest activity page.
- Users can report the faq items.
- An option to display threads overall rating score on thread search results is available in the add-on 's settings.
- When someone deletes a faq on the front end it will be logged in the Moderator log page.
