Forum Copilot is an open-source mobile app integration for XenForo.
It allows XenForo forums to work with the official Forum Copilot mobile app on iOS and Android, giving communities a native mobile experience for browsing forums, reading threads, posting replies, conversations, alerts, and push notifications.
For forum owners who want more control, Forum Copilot has also released an open-source standalone XenForo app template on GitHub. This template is designed for building a single-forum mobile app that connects directly to your own XenForo site through the Forum Copilot add-on endpoint. In other words, you can use the hosted Forum Copilot app, or you can use the open-source codebase as the starting point for your own branded app.
Once installed, the XenForo add-on exposes a secure forumcopilot.php endpoint for mobile app communication and connects your forum to the Forum Copilot ecosystem. The standalone app template uses that same endpoint to communicate directly with your XenForo site.
