[DCom] Custom Fields Extend 1.2.0

• Added setting to allow filtering for a custom field
• Fixed a bug where having radio buttons in filters with the “Required” option enabled prevented filtering.

• The location of custom filters has been changed. Now they are in the same block with default filters
• Added support for the XenAddons Showcase addon. Thanks to @Bob for the addon
