Overview:

Rejected users will be listed on the front end under the moderator panel where they can be bulk deleted. Only users with permissions to approve/reject users will be able to use this tool.

Moderator log integration:

Whenever someone deletes a rejected user or bulk deletes them those actions will be logged in the moderator log section of the admin panel.
