I used an US host for several years and posted YouTube videos. I never had my account suspended. Many other sites also have YouTube videos posted. I suspect you are only telling part of the story.

its not about my site i never use any US hosting, its about hosting freedom mentioned before, but nevermind, my comment about hosting freedom is trivial ):

You still haven't told the full story. You make a sweeping statement about all US hosting based on a story about a hosting account supposedly being suspended for posting YouTube videos but you don't give any more details such as what the videos contained when your story is challenged. Instead you try to dismiss the matter. Therefore your statement is unfounded and untrue until you qualify it.
